Our Work

Raphatale Foundation operates through four main pillars of impact — Health, Work, Support, and Inclusion — all centered around the well-being of both mother and child.

Empowering Skilled Mothers

We are establishing a National Remote Call Centre serving hospitals, clinics, and businesses for appointment bookings, data entry, and customer support.
Mothers will be able to work from home or in inclusive workspaces where their children can receive stimulation and care.

We also partner with companies to provide remote and flexible job placements, allowing mothers to earn income with dignity.

Supporting Unskilled Mothers

Through vocational and digital skills training, we equip mothers to start small businesses, learn crafts, and gain financial literacy.

Our programs also provide mental health counselling and peer mentorship, creating safe spaces for healing, confidence-building, and sisterhood.

Supporting and Equipping the Children

The heart of our mission lies in helping children with disabilities access therapies, diagnosis, and early childhood development.
We collaborate with organizations like Special Children’s Trust (SCT) to ensure proper referrals and specialized care.

Through our centres, we also provide basic necessities — nutrition, diapers, mobility aids — and inclusive environments for growth and play.

Awareness, Education & Inclusion

We are committed to ending stigma through awareness campaigns, school programs, storytelling, and media advocacy.

By promoting inclusive policies in health, education, and workplaces, we aim to build a Uganda where every child and every mother is valued.
